Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Teevcd, we understand that you may occasionally need to change your mind after placing an order. To ensure full transparency and compliance with international consumer protection standards, we have established clear guidelines for cancelling or modifying your purchases.

1. Order Modification (Changing Sizes, Colors, or Shipping Address)

If you realize you made a mistake regarding the size, color, design, or shipping address of your item, you may request a modification within 12 hours of placing your order. Since our orders enter the processing and printing phase quickly (usually within 1 to 2 business days), we cannot guarantee modifications after this 12-hour window has passed.

To modify an order, immediately email our support team with your Order Number and the specific changes you need.

2. Order Cancellation Window

You have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund without any penalty, provided the request is made within 12 hours of the original transaction, and the order has not yet entered the production or fulfillment stage.

3. Late Cancellations and Shipped Orders

If you attempt to cancel your order after the 12-hour window, or if the order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, we will no longer be able to cancel the shipment. In this scenario, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our standard Return & Refund Policy to send the item back to our warehouse.

4. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, we will immediately halt the fulfillment process and initiate a full refund. To protect your financial data and comply with strict payment security standards, all refunds are routed exclusively back to your original payment method (e.g., the specific credit card or PayPal account used during checkout). Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be processed on our end, and a few additional business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
