Intellectual Property Claim (DMCA)

At Teevcd, we respect the intellectual property rights of artists, creators, and brands. We expect our users, partners, and vendors to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright and trademark infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international intellectual property standards.

1. Intellectual Property Warranties and Advertising Compliance

To strictly comply with international commerce laws and the policies of our advertising partners, including the Microsoft Advertising Network, Teevcd legally warrants that we possess all necessary copyrights, trademark registrations, and licensing rights associated with every image, design, and data point featured on our website and in our product feeds. We strictly prohibit the infringement of trademarks and other intellectual property, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods.

2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content on the Teevcd website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA. To process your claim, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with direct URLs reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your legal name, address, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notice Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the exact location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in South Carolina, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Teevcd has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users or vendors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
